Meet Our President
Robert Holt has twenty-five years in credit and collections management. This has included five years with a prominent factoring company located here in Baltimore. He is also past president of the South Carroll Business Association. Holt is past president and current treasurer of Spectrum Support, an agency that provides services to developmentally disabled adults, and serves on the Special Education Citizen’s Advisory Council for Carroll County, MD. He and his wife are team captains for Autism Speaks‘ fundraising walks and 5K runs for Autism Research.

Affordable Debt Collection Services
When you hire BCCS for an annual contract or on an “as-needed” basis, you can rest assured that you’ll receive a return on your investment. While our fees are based on the size and age of collections, we’ll never charge you more than 25% for pre-legal collections. In addition to our low pricing, we also offer reduced fees for blanket contracts and reduced fees for outsourcing clients. The most important part is that we don’t get paid until you get paid.
